KIDS KICKBOXING

Teaches the art of using your hands and legs to deliver combinations of kicks, punches, clinching, blocks, and countless other techniques while getting in a great workout! This class will help develop basic athletic skills such as hand eye coordination and footwork that can be carried into any sport. Kensei kids classes are designed to provide your child with their fitness needs, while having fun and meeting new friends. These classes will teach life skills to your child such as respect, honesty, hard work, and dedication.

KIDS MMA/JIU-JITSU

Teaches the art of grappling, chokes, submissions, countless Take-downs/Throws which can be used in competition or self-defense. This class is an energetic and fun way to teach great focus and mindset qualities to children as well to develop their strategy skills.

Good old family fitness and fun Kickboxing classes are designed to cover all the basses and this class helps families to grow and bond stronger than ever.

MMA/JIU-JITSU

Jujitsu is a martial artcombat sport system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. In this class you will learn all the fundamentals as well as the advanced techniques to ground control, submissions (arm-bars, triangle chokes, rear naked chokes and more!), escapes and how to use your body leverage to dominate any opponent from top or bottom control in a fight situation! These techniques are an asset to anyone competing in Jujitsu or MMA or even in a street situation where you must subdue an opponent!

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing makes for amazing cross training, can increase muscle strength, help increase your flexibility, relieve anger and stress, as well as increased stamina and endurance, whole new level of cardiovascular health.
Between sparring, fighting, punching the bag, focus mitts/Thai pads mixed with weights, core work and plyo-metrics, Kickboxing will help and it will build a new stronger YOU!
So many countless benefits of kickboxing that you can attain that you should definitely give it a try, at least just once. Kickboxing is a fantastic martial art and a great form of exercise in general, one that teaches you self-defense and confidence, not to mention that it makes you look better. 
We highly recommend that you or your children try kickboxing at least once because once you do you will never quit it!

LUNCH CIRCUIT

"Crunched" for time during your busy day? Take a quick lunch break!  This class is an intense 30 minute workout designed to burn the countless calories while giving you that extra kick you need to get through the work day. This class incorporates various forms of body weight training, strength training, and cardio training to give you a total body burn. Led by Coach Kent, this group training class mimics a one on one session where you will be pushed to give it your all through every repetition and set. This class will tone, shape, build, and shred every muscle you want for the beach this next summer! If your a fighter, this class is essential for your development in becoming top of your weight class. It's what separates the average Joe from the freak of nature. CARDIO-KICKBOXING

Get in the best shape of your life with this 45 minute intense workout that incorporates REAL kickboxing techniques and strength conditioning. In this class you will learn various striking techniques found in traditional kickboxing and combine this with body weight movements (such as pushups and squats), medicine balls, plyometrics and dumbbells to get a full body workout that sheds fat and kick-starts fitness.
